Zusammenfassung:An apparatus including a base, a socket, a first switch, a second switch, and an AND gate is provided. The socket is disposed at the base and the socket is configured to receive a plug. The socket has a power end in communication with the first switch and a ground end in communication with the second switch. When a plug is disposed at the socket, the AND gate outputs an alarm signal responsive to the first switch being short when the plug is electrically connected to the power end of the socket and the second switch being open when the plug is electrically disconnected from the ground end of the socket.
