Zusammenfassung:	An ink jet head recording apparatus comprises an ink jet head that includes a nozzle plate having a plurality of nozzles, a plurality of pressure chambers on an interior side of the nozzle plate and in fluid communication with the plurality of nozzles, an ink supply passage and an ink return passage by which ink is circulated in an out of the pressure chambers, and a coating film formed on an exterior side of the nozzle plate, the coating film having multiple layers in a thickness direction thereof, each layer having liquid repelling regions and lyophilic regions.
