Zusammenfassung:In some embodiments, a method comprises blocking mobile devices from establishing new connections to a cell, ending existent connections of mobile devices to the cell gradually based on a shutdown procedure, and locking the cell after the shutdown procedure. The shutdown procedure is configured according to pre-defined parameters that indicate to end the existent connections based on at least one of a priority level of existent connections or an activity level of existent connections.
