Zusammenfassung:	A backlight module, a method of assembling the backlight module, and a display device are disclosed. The backlight module includes a fixing frame that has a light exit and a side plate provided with a first opening; an optical unit that is inserted into the fixing frame through the first opening and has a light emitting side opposite to the light exit; and a sealing piece that is engaged with the first opening to close the first opening. Embodiments of the present disclosure can reduce the manufacture difficulty and also material cost of the backlight module.
