Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a method for preparing a ginseng polysaccharide for immune stimulation and a ginseng polysaccharide for immune stimulation prepared from the preparation method, the method comprising the steps of (1) adding ingredients; (2) performing an extraction; (3) performing a first filtration and cooling; (4) performing a second filtration; (5) performing a first concentration; (6) adding a concentrate to a fermentation alcohol; (7) separating into a supernatant and a precipitate; (8) collecting the precipitate; (9) dissolving in water; (10) performing a second concentration; (11) cold ageing; (12) performing a third concentration; (13) sterilizing; and (14) packaging into a product of the ginseng polysaccharide for immune stimulation in the form of a concentrate.
