Zusammenfassung:An electrostatic charge image developing toner includes first toner particles containing a binder resin and a colorant and second toner particles containing a binder resin and containing or not containing a colorant, wherein a content PCa of the colorant contained in the first toner particles is from 4% by weight to 20% by weight with respect to the first toner particles, a content PCb of the colorant contained in the second toner particles is from 0% by weight to 2% by weight with respect to the second toner particles, and a weight ratio of the first toner particles and the second toner particles (weight of the first toner particles/weight of the second toner particles) is from 50/50 to 98/2.
