Zusammenfassung:	Exemplary embodiments provide wearable automatic injection devices for providing an injection of a therapeutic agent into a patient. The wearable automatic injection device includes a housing having a patient contact portion securable to the patient, an injection needle for insertion into the patient, and a prefilled syringe assembly for holding the therapeutic agent. The prefilled syringe assembly includes a distal stopper and a proximal stopper penetrated by a penetrating needle. The penetrating needle is in fluid communication with the patient injection needle.
