The flexible display device comprises a composite substrate including a first organic film, a second organic film and at least one inorganic film sandwiched between the first organic film and the second organic film, and a display component disposed on the composite substrate. The display component is disposed on the second organic film, and the composite substrate is configured to support the display component and encapsulate the display component.
