Zusammenfassung:A method includes transmitting an output file to a safety manager, where the output file is based on a configuration file associated with a plurality of inputs and outputs of the safety manager. The method also includes, for each input/output (I/O) channel of the safety manager to be tested, (i) displaying information associated with an expected state of the I/O channel, (ii) instructing the safety manager to simulate a particular operating condition in association with the I/O channel, (iii) receiving a response from the safety manager when the I/O channel is shorted, where the response indicates whether or not the I/O channel is operating correctly, and (iv) displaying the response.
