Zusammenfassung:A management system is provided that includes a memory storing a program and a processor configured to execute the program to implement processes of receiving a communication start request from a first terminal for starting communication with a second terminal corresponding to a communication counterpart of the first terminal, determining whether communication can be established between the first terminal and the second terminal based on information on a codec supported by the first terminal and information on a codec supported by the second terminal, and transmitting a determination result of the determination to the first terminal.
