Zusammenfassung:Methods of treating a subject suffering from an ocular infection and/or ocular inflammation are disclosed. The methods include administering to an eye of a subject in need thereof a composition comprising at least two active agents in an ophthalmically acceptable vehicle that can provide a sustained release of the at least two active agents. Advantageously, the composition does not result in a statistically significant elevation in intraocular pressure in a statistically significant number of subject eyes when administered twice daily over a period of two weeks.
