Zusammenfassung:According to an embodiment, a transmission device is connected to a controller via a system bus. The transmission device includes a first transmission control module and a control module. The first transmission control module controls transmission via the system bus. The control module does not perform but withholds an operation involving a use of shared system resources including the system bus and performs the withheld operation when notified of an availability of the shared system resources from the controller.
