Zusammenfassung:	A conversion scooter is provided that converts from a stand-up mode to a sit-down mode. The conversion scooter has a frame, a seat, a steering assembly at the forward portion of the frame, and a rear wheel coupled to the rear portion of the frame. The seat has a first coupling member at the first end of the seat and the second end of the seat, and a second coupling member at the first end of the seat and the second end of the seat. The frame has a receiver at the forward portion of the frame to secure the first coupling member of the seat to the forward portion of the frame, and a locking assembly at the rear portion of the frame to secure the seat to the rear portion of the frame.
