Zusammenfassung:	There is provided a production method for a stainless steel containing member, including the steps of: blasting a surface of a hollow galling member having a long side direction and a short side direction, the surface being composed of stainless steel; and electropolishing the surface having been blasted, in the step of electropolishing, the starting member being immersed in an electropolishing solution with the long side direction of the starting member being inclined relative to a horizontal direction.
