Zusammenfassung:	A method of operating a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system includes determining a first heating or cooling demand for a first zone of a space and determining a second heating or cooling demand for a second zone of the space. The method determines that the first demand requires operation of the HVAC system in a first mode, and that the second demand requires operation of the HVAC system in a second mode opposite the first mode, and a simultaneous heat/cool algorithm is operated to alternatingly operate the HVAC system in the first mode to condition the first zone and the second mode to condition the second zone.
