Zusammenfassung:An engine (12) and a motor (MG2) are arranged on different rotational axes (C1, C3). A driven gear shaft (28) is arranged to rotate about the rotational axis (C3) shared with a rotor shaft (30) of the motor (MG2). The driven gear shaft (28) is connected to the rotor shaft (30) of the motor for power transmission. The rotor shaft (30) is rotatably supported by a first bearing. The rotor shaft (30) and the driven gear shaft (28) are formed of different shafts. The driven gear shaft (28) is configured to extend in a shaft direction toward the rotor shaft side. A first bearing (64) is configured to support the rotor shaft (30) to allow rotation of the rotor shaft (30). A second bearing (54, 56) is arranged in a portion on the rotor shaft side of the driven gear shaft (28). A driven gear (24) is provided on the driven gear shaft (30) whereby power from the engine is transmitted to the driven gear (24). An output shaft (32) is arranged to rotate about the rotational axis (C3) shared with the rotor shaft (30) of the (MG2). The output shaft (32) is connected to the rotor shaft (30) for power transmission. The output shaft (32) is connected to a drive wheel (44L, 44R) for power transmission.
