Zusammenfassung:	A film-forming auxiliary suitable for use in a resin emulsion such as a fluororesin emulsion used as a raw material for a coating material or the like, the film-forming auxiliary containing emulsion particle, a polymer constituting the emulsion particle being obtained by emulsion polymerization of a monomer component in which the content ratio of a (meth)acrylate having a ring structure is 20-70% by mass, and the film-forming auxiliary being excellent in each of low-temperature film-forming property, warm water resistance, extensibility, weather resistance, vertical-surface coating property and warm water freezing stability.
