Zusammenfassung: | A new and innovative textile article (10, 10-1; 10-2; 10-3; 10-4), in the form of a heating multilayer sheet or fabric, exhibiting improved heating capacity and transmission of heat to the outside, comprising: at least one textile heating layer (10d) associated with an electrical resistance (R) adapted to be powered with an electric current (I) for generating by joule effect heat (C); and at least a reflective layer (10c) which is arranged adjacent to the heating layer (10d) to receive and reflect to a determined side, i.e. the front side (10″), of the fabric article (10, 10-1; 10-2; 10-3; 10-4) the heat generated by the heating layer (10d), wherein the heating layer (10d) in turn is made from a fabric that incorporates in its textile structure, as electrical resistance (R) for the generation of heat, a yarn or thread (F), for example in form of a serpentine, consisting of carbon fibers (CF). The heating multilayer textile article (10), in its various embodiments (10-1; 10-2; 10-3; 10-4), may also comprise other additional layers, such as one or more outer support layers (10a, 10f) of non-woven fabric (TNT); one or more inner layers (10b, 10e), thermally and electrically insulating; or an upper layer (10g) having the ability, when it is in turn heated, to emit an infrared radiation (IR). Advantageously, in the multilayer textile article (10, 10-1; 10-2; 10-3; 10-4) of the invention, the fabric (TES) of the respective heating layer (10d) is a special fabric which is made by means of a warp knitting machine or loom of the "crochet" type (MC), using the yarn (F) of carbon fibers (CF) as effect yarn to realize in the fabric (TES) the design of the electrical resistance (R) intended to warm up. In fact with a crochet machine (MC) the design of the electrical resistance (R) in the heating layer (10d) can be made according to a variety of shapes and configurations that are not permitted by the traditional shuttle, rapier and air looms. Furthermore, the textile article (10) is suitable to be advantageously applied in a wide range of applications, for example to build a heating floor, or as a lining heating of an item of clothing, such as a thermal jacket, or to realize a thermal tent or other innovative products. |
