The charge generating layer contains a gallium phthalocyanine crystal containing therein at least one amide compound selected from the group consisting of N-methylformamide, N-propylformamide, and N-vinylformamide. The charge transport layer contains fluorine-containing resin particles and a fluorine-containing copolymer.
