Zusammenfassung:	An information processing method is an information processing method executable by a server device. The information processing method includes obtaining first position information from a first portable terminal that has received a beacon signal from a first beacon device, the first position information being information indicating a current position of the first portable terminal, calculating a probability of abnormal condition of the first beacon device by comparing the obtained first position information with second position information indicating an installation position of the first beacon device, the second position information being managed in advance by the server device, and performing a process corresponding to the calculated probability of abnormal condition.
