Zusammenfassung:	Techniques for hydration monitoring are discussed herein. An example technique may include receiving a fluid intake value from a flow meter. The flow meter may be disposed on a beverage container and the fluid intake value may be indicative of an amount of fluid dispensed to an individual. The example technique may further include receiving a fluid output from a fluid excretion module. The fluid output value may be indicative of an amount of fluid excreted by the individual. The example technique may further include determining a hydration status of the individual based on a combination of the fluid intake value and the fluid output value. The hydration status may then be provided to the user.
