Zusammenfassung: | A method of cooperative management of cache memory of a client device in a Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) session includes receiving an HTTP request at a server from the client device for a first resource. The HTTP request includes identification meta-data to identify at least one second resource that is contained in the cache memory of the client device. The method also includes determining, by the server, whether the at least one second resource identified in the identification meta-data of the HTTP request should be evicted from the cache memory of the client device. The server then sends an HTTP response to the client device, where the HTTP response indicates to the client device to evict the at least one second resource from the cache memory of the client device in response to determining that the at least one second resource should be evicted. |
