The signal cable comprises a first end, a second end, a center portion, a first portion, and a second portion. The first portion is between the center portion and the first end. The second portion is between the center portion and the second end. A first signal connector is at the first end of the signal cable. The second signal connector at the second end of the signal cable. The first fastener is configured to constrain the first portion. The second fastener is configured to constrain the second portion. The third fastener is configured to hold an independent article and connect with the first fastener and the second fastener.
