The chemical storage container includes a metal can having a top opening, a chemical storage bag disposed in the metal can, and an ejection member mounted to the chemical storage bag. Dry air is supplied through a dry air supply opening into the chemical storage bag, and the dry air in the chemical storage bag is discharged to the outside via a chemical nozzle.
