Zusammenfassung:	An impact absorbing system includes a first rocker panel and a second rocker panel spaced from the first rocker panel, a housing including a bottom extending between the first and second rocker panels and a side extending from the bottom, and an energy absorber that is deformable relative to the side and defines a repeating pattern of cells. The energy absorber is bonded to the side between the side and the first rocker panel and each cell has a central axis transverse to the side.
