Zusammenfassung:	Discussed is a protecting film having heat-resisting and moisture-proof properties so as to prevent a deformation, a display module including the protecting film, and a method for manufacturing the display module. The protecting film can include, in one example, an anti-static layer on one surface of a base layer, and an adhesive layer on the other surface of the base layer, wherein the adhesive layer includes an anti-static agent in which a polyelectrolyte and an ion-type conductive functional group are chemically bonded.
