Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a gas flow measuring system for electric household appliances-more particularly, for cooking equipments-that is based on pressure reading at specific points in the tubing in order to provide the user with data such as gas outflow and/or consumption (instantaneous and overall), providing for a more efficient, controlled and safer use of the cooking equipment. Said system comprises: at least one pressure sensor cooperating with main tubing 2, said sensor determining the pressure in at least two points P0 and P1 of main tubing 2; at least one device cooperating with at least one pressure sensor, said device comprising means for recording and making calculations relative to the flow and/or consumption of the fluid running along main tubing 2, and means for providing the user with access to the data recorded and processed by the corresponding device.
