Zusammenfassung:A crystalline Form N-1 of apixaban substantially free from one or more of: 1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-7-oxo-6-(4-(2-oxopiperidin-1-yl)phenyl)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-c]pyridine-3-carboxylic acid; 7-oxo-6-(4-(2-oxopiperidin-1-yl)phenyl)-1-phenyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-c]pyridine-3-carboxamide; or methyl 1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-7-oxo-6-(4-(2-oxopiperidin-1-yl)phenyl)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-c]pyridine-3-carboxylate, relative to apixaban by area percentage of HPLC and having a mean particle size equal to or greater than 100 μm.
