Zusammenfassung:	A compression device to be applied to an appendage, including a generally non-stretch sleeve sized to fit the appendage having a first edge and a second edge and a plurality of stretch portions operably coupled to either the first edge or the second edge. A plurality of substantially non stretch tensioning members is operably coupled to one of the plurality of stretch portions and releasably adjustably coupleable to the generally non-stretch sleeve so as to apply tension to the stretch portions and to the generally non-stretch sleeve whereby compression is applied to the appendage.
