Zusammenfassung:	A portable electronic device is provided, including a main body, a C-shaped member, and a hinge module, wherein the main body includes a display surface and the C-shaped member includes an opening. The hinge module pivotally connects the main body with the C-shaped member. When the main body is situated in a first position, the main body covers the opening. When the main body rotates from the first position around an axis to a second position relative to the C-shaped member via the hinge module, the main body is away from the opening. An acute angle is formed between the axis and the display surface.
