In an embodiment, a system for wireless transmission and reception includes a circulator having a common port, an input port and an output port; a conjugate matching tuner coupled to the common port; and an antenna coupled to the conjugate matching tuner, an impedance of the antenna being conjugate matched to an impedance of the common port of the circulator by the conjugate matching tuner.
