Zusammenfassung:Provided herein is a method for preparing a metal oxide nanoparticle/graphene composite using a supercritical fluid and the metal oxide nanoparticle/graphene composite prepared thereby, the method including preparing a dispersed solution by dispersing graphene oxide and a metal oxide precursor in an organic solvent and forming the metal oxide nanoparticle/graphene composite by reacting the dispersed solution under a supercritical condition, thereby uniformly dispersing the metal oxide nanoparticles on a graphene sheet.
