Zusammenfassung:	An exhaust-gas heat exchanger having a housing and a first flow channel. The first flow channel is accommodated in the housing in such a way that a second flow channel is formed between the first flow channel and the housing. A first fluid can flow through the first flow channel and a second fluid can flow through the second flow channel. The second fluid can flow around the first flow channel. The housing has a first diffuser and a second diffuser at an end of the housing and at least one of the diffusers is made of a plastic.
