Zusammenfassung:	A child-resistant container including a bottle having a first locking member associated therewith, a bottle cap for selectively engaging the bottle, the bottle cap including a second locking member for selectively engaging the first locking member, and a removable gasket positioned and located within the bottle cap for allowing the bottle cap to partially engage the bottle but preventing the first locking member from engaging the second locking member so long as the gasket is positioned within the bottle cap. Removal of the gasket from the bottle cap allows the bottle cap to be fully engaged with the bottle and allows the first locking member to engage the second locking member thereby activating the child-resistant locking mechanism.
