Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates a process for the preparation of a chocolate composition, the process comprising the steps of preparing a blend of dry ingredients, each ingredient having an individual fat content of less than 30%; conching the blend of dry ingredients; adding one or more ingredients having an individual fat content of 30% fat or greater to the blend and mixing; and compressing the mixture of step iii) to form the chocolate composition.
