Zusammenfassung:A device for treating tissue includes a helical needle extending about a longitudinal axis thereof from a distal tip to a proximal end and a control member extending longitudinally between a distal end releasably coupled to the proximal end of the helical needle and a proximal end which, when the helical needle is inserted into a body, remains outside the body, the control member configured such that rotation of the control member about the longitudinal axis rotates the helical needle to screw the helical needle distally into a target tissue.
