Zusammenfassung:	In a saddle-type vehicle, a first mudguard member is made from resin, and a second mudguard member, made from resin, is a separate component from the first mudguard member. The second mudguard member is attached to the first mudguard member below the first mudguard member. A head of a bolt is sandwiched between the first mudguard member and the second mudguard member. A male screw of the bolt protrudes upward from the first mudguard member. A plurality of nuts, each mutually separate components, include a locking mechanism. The plurality of nuts are tightened onto the male screws of the bolts above an attaching portion to secure a mudguard unit to the attaching portion.
