The actuator is configured to alternately perform the operation of applying tension to the thermoelastic material of the first cooling/heating section and removing tension from the thermoelastic material of the second cooling/heating section and the operation of applying tension to the thermoelastic material of the second cooling/heating section and removing tension from the thermoelastic material of the first cooling/heating section.
