Zusammenfassung:	A computing device, such as a thermostat, may be structured to communicate with a network access device via a first protocol and communicate with a plurality of home automation devices via a second protocol. The computing device may also be structured to operate as a primary controller or a repeater device in a home automation system. The computing device may receive information from a server instructing the computing device to operate as the primary controller or the repeater device. Or, the computing device may determine itself whether to operate as the primary controller or repeater device.
