Zusammenfassung:	An endoscope transportation instrument includes: a holding portion that holds the endoscope and includes a through hole for discharging liquid dripping from the endoscope when the endoscope is arranged at an upper position; and a liquid receiving portion including a liquid-tight recessed portion that opens upward and receives the liquid dripping from the endoscope when the endoscope held by the holding portion is arranged at the upper position, the liquid receiving portion being connected to the holding portion at a position where the liquid receiving portion does not block the through hole.
