Zusammenfassung:The present disclosure provides systems and methods for decoupling downlinks and uplinks between user equipment (UE) and base stations. Briefly described, in architecture, one embodiment of the system comprises UE (e.g., cellular telephones, mobile devices, etc.) for independently establishing an uplink (UL) and a downlink (DL). One embodiment of the method comprises the steps of establishing a DL to an optimal DL base station (BS), and establishing an UL to an optimal UL BS.
