Zusammenfassung:	A cold storage heat exchanger has: refrigerant pipes each of which has a refrigerant passage therein, the refrigerant pipes arranged to be distanced from each other with clearances therebetween; and a cold storage material disposed in at least one of the clearances. At least an another one of the clearances provides an air passage. The heat storage material is disposed in at least two of the clearances arranged adjacent to each other. A refrigerant pipe pitch between two of the refrigerant pipes that are adjacent to each other and therebetween have the cold storage material is shorter than a refrigerant pipe pitch between two of the refrigerant pipes that are adjacent to each other and therebetween have the air passage. Thus, a time duration required for a cold storage can be shortened.
