Zusammenfassung:	A health care system and method using human body indexes acquired from human body information are disclosed. The present health care method includes receiving human body information, calculating a human body index based on the received human body information, generating a health care program based on the calculated human body index and providing the generated health care program to a user. By this system and method, it becomes possible to measure and monitor stress/fatigue/health indexes of a user in living environments, thereby effectively supporting well-being life of the user.
