Zusammenfassung:	A system for providing automated exercise management includes: a motion sensor configured to be worn by a user during a prescribed exercise routine and to sense motion of the user's body during the performance of the prescribed exercise routine; a first wireless communication interface communicatively coupled to the motion sensor; and a user computing device having a second wireless communication interface configured to communicate with the first wireless communication interface communicatively coupled to the motion sensor; wherein the user computing device comprises a processor, a memory and an application, wherein the application is configured to provide instruction to the user regarding performance of the prescribed exercise routine; receive data from the motion sensor worn by the user, the data indicative of the user's performance of the prescribed exercise; and record the user's performance of the exercise as indicated by the received data.
