Zusammenfassung:An insulator, especially a sound insulator, can be manufactured by introducing and mixing constituent compounds of a basis material for the insulator with masses to form an insulator mixture. The insulator mixture is formed into the insulator by a suitable mold or tool so that the masses are distributed within the insulator mixture. A catalyst can be included to control curing characteristics of the insulator.
