Zusammenfassung:	A system and method for determining a rate of flow of an output from a vessel. The system includes a vessel having an inlet for receiving an output produced by an output generation device, and a measuring device for measuring a first pressure, a first temperature and a second pressure and a second temperature in the vessel. The first pressure and first temperature are measured when the output generation device is in a standby mode and the second pressure and second temperature are measured when the output generation device is in an operational mode. The system includes a programmable logic controller configured to calculate a rate of flow of the output utilizing the first pressure, the first temperature, the second pressure and the second temperature.
