Zusammenfassung:	When a use device makes a request to watch a live program that is yet to become available at a server for streaming to the user device, a secondary program may be provided to the user device. The secondary program may be made available as a carousel of short duration video segments that are looped for viewing at the user device. When the live program becomes available, the secondary program may be replaced with live program in a visually seamless manner.
