Zusammenfassung:	An air-conditioning panel semiconductor device and an air-conditioning system including the same are provided. The device includes a controller that integrally operates analog modules and digital modules in the air-conditioning panel semiconductor device, operates a motor in an air-conditioning duct, and operates an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) to display operation state information of an air conditioner for the vehicle on the screen of an air-conditioning panel. An SPI transmits and receives signals relating to air-conditioning by connecting the controller with an external peripheral device. A LIN communication module electrically connected with a main controller to operate the air conditioner. The controller supplies power for the modules in the air-conditioning panel semiconductor device at a substantially uniform voltage by operating a voltage regulator.
