An inkjet printhead includes a member having a first opening and a second opening to enable melted ink to enter the channel at the first opening and flow through the channel to the second opening. At least one protrusion extends from the member into the channel to position a portion of the protrusion into melted ink in the channel to form a dominant stress concentration in the melted ink. |
