The method includes converting the NoSQL data into RDF data, and issuing the converted RDF data as the linked data; collecting extended linked data extended by connecting the issued linked data and external linked data; and storing the collected extended linked data as the NoSQL data. Accordingly, a dynamic virtuous circulation structure capable of utilizing advantages and mutually compensating for disadvantages of each of the NoSQL data and the linked data can be constructed.
